The Hospital Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for following all Company policies and procedures for hospital consignment inventory management, variance analyses, inventory reconciliations, and maintaining monthly KPIs.
This supports all aspect of the supply chain process for the service and repair (S&R) business. The Procurement Specialist ensure correct supply levels are maintained within the U.S. service center and supports demand forecasting. Individual performs analytics and cost containment activities related to the S&R supply chain.
Lead project work to support category strategies that improve cost and service performance (examples include inbound/outbound matching, shipper of choice improvements, carrier performance monitoring & improvement).
Assists in routine buying strategies to purchase and arrange timely deliveries of supplies and materials; expedites as needed and serves as liaison between vendors and users, getting prior approval for purchases in excess of established limits.
Manage development of new processes, or modification of existing processes, as needed, and direct organization to implement; develop and support analytic tools for use in short-term and strategic decision making.
