As a Portfolio Manager, you will coordinate large-scale horizontal programs across Banking Technology and manage cross-impacts across the organization. You will also support functions such as financial management, management reporting, communications, issue and risk tracking and resource planning.
Lead the development of annual strategic product plans for assigned products utilizing input of extended brand teams. This includes working with the relevant units to ensure in-depth market analysis, effective market research activities, thought leader development, forecasting, pricing strategy, etc.
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing portfolio capabilities that will include the data requirements, process and roles, systems, and governance, as well as drive the adoption and uptake across the organization globally.
In this role, you will develop, socialize and operationalize Portfolio Management and Project Governance frameworks, processes and enabling technologies. This includes Demand Management, partnering with ePMO on Investment Portfolio Prioritization, IT Policies and Standards, partnering with Application Services to determine Project management and Program Management best practices.
This role will be involved in the review and risk monitoring of those portfolios that are customized by PCs. This will include randomly sampling portfolios for construction guidelines and specific approval for those portfolios that fall outside of standard model parameters.

The portfolio manager will use deep customer insight and discipline knowledge to drive product development, innovation and growth across the portfolio in collaboration with product marketing and product management.
The Manager will be responsible for identifying, building, and implementing services within their service line portfolio and will have end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction, delivery effectiveness, and cost allocations and transparency.
In this role, you will work with business and Technology areas on identifying desired initiatives and creating quarterly road maps, prioritizing initiatives, managing inter - dependencies across stakeholders, removing impediments, and monitoring the health of active portfolios.
