In this role, you will be managing Payroll Tax function and implementing processes and procedures to ensure the accurate and timely reporting of taxable wages and tax withholdings in compliant with regulatory requirements. Additionally, providing guidance and prioritization for process improvements and upcoming regulations.
In this role, you will be responsible for
the preparation and processing of weekly(factory/scsn) payroll for over 500 employees; review and ensure accuracy of approved e-time timesheets; track and deduct opt and other special payroll deductions.
In this role, you will perform all activities necessary to process 500 to 700+ multi-state weekly payroll including maintaining related records, DOL reporting, voluntary deduction reports, processing involuntary deductions such as garnishments, preparing accounting transactions and documents, reconciling accrued leave reports, documenting and updating procedures, and preparing special reports for management.
In this role, you will be responsible to leads center labor management team by proactively managing the center's labor management performance against key performance indicators to optimize clinical, financial and human resource operating results. Takes initiative to call upon necessary resources to address root cause issues.
