In this role, the selected candidate maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
In this role, you will be responsible for plan and coordinate programs across Audible, reducing the friction between cross functional teams in the organization. Interact with Project Sponsors, Project Stakeholders and business/technical cross functional teams to define and deliver complex features .
In this role, you will develop and recommend the budget, labor cost plans and objectives and manages within those approved plans; maintain information on prices, rates, specials, packages, programs, etc, while ensuring all staff are trained in all areas.
This role will focus on establishing an enterprise capability for portfolio prioritization, selection, and governance that is enabled by an agile portfolio management framework that evolves from annual planning to a rolling 18-month planning cycle.
This role will be responsible for establishing portfolio capabilities that will include the data requirements, process and roles, systems, and governance, as well as drive the adoption and uptake across the organization globally.
