In this role, the selected candidate will provide health education and counseling on the prevention of endocrine disorders and healthy lifestyle habits; arrange referrals to other providers of the medical group as needed.
Evaluate and treat patients with conditions related to their recent surgery in collaboration with the patients attending surgeon;manage patient concerns and issues (reactively) via phone during the 90-day post-operative period and beyond when related to the surgical intervention.

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will ensure that our patients receive consistent and high-quality care. This will include assessing the physical status of patients by means of health history, performing comprehensive physical examinations and diagnostic testing as well as developing and implementing a treatment plan for each patient based on their specific needs within protocols set forth and approved by both the Nurse Practitioner and Physicians.
