Experience supervising a group of 5+ engineers who can mentor, coach, train, and oversee teams designing custom automated equipment for industries including manufacturing, material converting, packaging, test and inspection, etc.
Framing of financials surrounding the overall Ethicon/CSS Network Strategy, as well as direct and indirect development of business cases and financial models for projects included in the strategic roadmap.
This position is ultimately responsible for all plant operating activities, personnel safety, food safety, P/L, integration with corporate infrastructure, communication with governmental regulatory agencies and coordination of existing, new and test product ventures with sales and marketing.
Participate, as a manufacturing representative, on project implementation teams to provide a GMP perspective in order to transfer processes into the GMP production areas in an ordered manner, already having considered the implications of proposed process adaptations.
