The Plant Quality Manager makes risk-based assessments regarding processes that may not be solely connected with compliance and has authority to determine direction and after consultation with the Plant Manager move forward to implementation.
Experience supervising a group of 5+ engineers who can mentor, coach, train, and oversee teams designing custom automated equipment for industries including manufacturing, material converting, packaging, test and inspection, etc.
Responsible for achieving specific performance targets, on - time new product launches, cost targets, and GMP conformance while managing all aspects of manufacturing operations within the assigned sites, including product supply issues, capacity / planning, capabilities assessment, inventory control, quality services, and engineering.
Lead technical problem solving related to mixing, dipping and related operations. Coordinate with other personnel in the facility for timely and effective problem solving or equipment or process issues.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the direct supervision of upstream personnel in the cell culture pilot plant and toxicity manufacturing facility and scheduling of production campaigns in multiple sizes of bioreactors ranged from 15L to 250L.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading, planning, organizing staffing, directing and controlling the plant production, inventory, shipping and achieving plant related profit goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will build and support a team based manufacturing environment and be able to establish and maintain good working relationships with sales production, materials and maintenance departments.
