The IT Incident and Change Management Analyst function provides the governance and framework for the delivery of integrated services. The function comprises elements of ITIL-based processes, tools and related structures to manage our complex multi-supplier landscape and enables end-to-end visibility, reporting and accountability for the services delivered.
Develop understanding of general industry usage of SAP and its related offerings. Develop basic understanding of business processes and business dependencies pertaining to companys overall business model.
Guide Service Delivery and Testing Team staff on system architectures, project detail and timelines; analyze problems and provide technical investigation of support queries escalated by the global support team to engineering team.
The IT Lead Commercial Analyst is accountable for the implementation and management of our global IT supplier financial management systems and processes. This includes management and oversight of our commercial agreements with IT services providers and partners; ensuring that our suppliers are meeting their obligations for proper financial benefits realization tracking, financial forecasting, accurate invoicing, reporting and accounting.
The successful candidate will have the ability to interact and influence messaging across the organization. Deliverables and outcomes will range from building the change communications approach to writing messages and developing presentation materials. The candidate should be able to manage both upward and outward to ensure that the best approach to managing change.
The Systems IT Analyst will be heavily engaged in the support of the Firms distributed and mainframe environments. Monitor systems to identify malfunctions and Initiate corrective actions in a professional and timely manner when applicable.
