The Human Resources Generalist - Recruiter is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level with an emphasis in recruiting. S/he will carry out responsibilities in the recruiting process, including cull-cycle recruiting experience.

The right candidates will have experience sourcing and staffing in a high volume retail or distribution setting, be a Subject Matter Expert in your business area, be customer service focused, proactive and thrive in a fast paced environment.
Assists with written and verbal communications with candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process. Responsible for preparing employment offer letters and packets sent to of new employees. Works with candidates to answer any questions they may have in the hiring process including benefits.
Responsibilities include coordination of multiple calendars, managing candidate travel plans, providing interview team and candidates necessary documentation and guidelines to ensure an effective and efficient interview process.
