In this role, the selected candidate will prepare and participate in Realtor / Builder functions including open houses and conventions; monitor and analyze financial profitability product penetration, opportunity and market share capture.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to work with customers to identify long and short term needs; ability to work with a broad range of solution options (services and products) to prepare proposals for clients.
Act as negotiator, reach appropriate resolution in many varied situations without damaging internal or external relationships; insures high post-sales satisfaction that enables repeat business with customers.
A successful outside sales rep will be consultative, selling IT Service Management SaaS solutions to new clients. Solutions he or she recommends will meet client needs, solve client problems, and satisfy client objectives in clients best interests.
