The Regional Sales Manager's (RSM) responsibility will be the development and management of a designated region and the personnel within the region with a goal of maximizing product promotion through customer engagement.
In this role, the selected candidate will analyze data, and develop, review, and execute an effective sales account plan; drive new sales and retention of accounts, maintaining contact and calling on Category Manager/Senior levels at key customers on a routine basis.
In this role, you will develop action plans ( i.e., weekly, quarterly, monthly ) by analyzing quarterly and monthly sales figures and reports identifying the needs of particular accounts and discussing issues with Regional Sales Manager to help the organization achieve its annual sales goals.
In this role, you will work in conjunction with human resources and resource planning but takes primary responsibly in sourcing, recruiting, on-boarding of all levels within the acquisition and retention organization, and ensures period production and productivity goals are met or exceeded.
In this role, you will be responsible for regional management of assigned CATEGORY (ies) through participation in, or where the category is led at the regional level, the creation and maintenance of multi-year sourcing strategies and their associated project pipelines and SOURCE PLANS.
This position is responsible for the planning, scheduling and budgeting for the maximized utilization equipment fleet. The position will deal with both day to day and long term fleet related issues focused on improved equipment reliability and preventative maintenance programs.
In this role, the selected candidate will be accountable for managing injury logs, internal and external incident reporting, driving completion of safety incident/near miss investigations, evaluating root causes of injuries, and developing safety improvements to prevent injuries and accidents.
