In this highly visible role, the Director, Human Resources will work closely with function leaders to cultivate and maintain a talented workforce and a positive, high performance work environment throughout the Corporate Campus.
Maintain knowledge of multi-state HR policies, programs, and laws. Understand the differences between policies and programs and work with the Director of HR to coordinate the integration of new programs.
Responsible for overseeing investigations and maintaining proper documentation as required in response to all Sexual Harassment, EEOC, Department of Labor, Unemployment Commission, and Wage & Hour Board claims.
