The Director will plan and direct all aspects of Fluidics and Thermal Engineering activities within the Mechanical, Test and Fluidics Engineering department, manages the cross site Fluidics and Thermal engineering team consisting of approximately 20-30 professionals.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading the development, design, construction, qualification and/or initial operation of tertiary packaging components and processes, including environmental (temperature, shock, etc.) monitors, using new or existing technologies for new and commercial human health products including active pharmaceutical ingredients, drug substance, drug product, finished goods and samples.
In this role, you will review technical requirements to ensure alignment with business requirements and projects, providing constructive input and direction for blueprint consumed by operational teams.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee a department comprised of staff with roles such as: Hosting Architect, Network and Infrastructure Engineers, DevOps Engineer, Database Administrator, and Application Monitoring Engineer.
The Director will monitor and provide thought-leadership around the ever-changing world of search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook) and ensure compliance with guidelines and algorithms to maximize our presence.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with the global marketing team, supply chain, finance, cmi, design, packaging, materials engineering to execute all global projects and achieve targets set by the cmio.
In this role, you will ensure that the DtV processes are properly documented, provide work instructions which have to be used by the operational / segment teams, indicating in particular the intersection points between the functions with clear R&R; important in the cross functional supply chain environment.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage technical requirements of labeling to ensure it meets the technical standards/specifications for GS1, the contract manufacturer organizations (CMO)s, printer, etc.
