The SAE will be responsible for the proactive monitoring of Commvaults most important customers in a Network Operations Center environment. This position interfaces directly with Enterprise customer personnel on an ad-hoc basis to provide technical coordination in addressing each customers long term program goals for Enterprise.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide technical advice to teams responding to proposed industry standards, draft regulations, policies and requests for use of industry standards within a pharmaceutical development and regulatory submissions context.
In this role, the selected candidate will conduct technical analysis and provide oral & written feedback (as email, brief documents, slides) within a pharmaceutical regulatory submissions business context.
Perform initial triage and basic troubleshooting of issues that are identified in the Enterprise Command Center for our customers. If unable to resolve will engage appropriate Enterprise resource (SAM/TAM).
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for analysis, design, implementation for assigned trade surveillance compliance projects, identify trade surveillance exception reports related to market products.
In this role, you will provide support for remote HPC systems (Debug workflow, system, and application issues, Optimize HPC user job performance, Develop scripts and procedures for system, job, and process monitoring.
In this role, the selected candidate will need a deep understanding of their respective areas. But this is a hands on operations position. Engineers that only want to do projects and/or design and architect solutions will not be happy with this role.
This position will get assigned work to execute and test as well as working with external vendors as required to ensure phone system reliability and security. Execute as requested Logs, and other documentation required / request to ensure consistent validated processes.
