The Client Solutions Associates will provide service support for all Merrill Lynch GWIM brokerage and banking account products and service features through inbound calls from Advisory clients, and FAC and MLD clients regarding technical matters.
Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations in computer system, verifying guest identity, requesting form of payment, assigning room, and issuing room key in accordance with property policies and procedures.
