The Senior Manager, Contracts will draft, negotiate, execute, and manage a variety of contracts necessary to support the business operations of a growing public bio - pharmaceutical company through use of documented guidelines and principles as well as through experience - driven decision making.
In this role, you will conducts sophisticated analyses of potential savings for BMS, with consideration of the customers perspective of contracted versus non-contracted revenue, and works closely with the RAE/NAE and integrated customer team to evaluate appropriate options and strategies for leveraging additional value-creating opportunities.
In this role, you will develop and get signoff on the Project Strategy document, the "plan of plans", including, but not limited to, the communications plan, project team structure, recurring meeting (including steering) frequency, etc.
The Sr. Manager, QA, Contract Manufacturing manages and oversees the activities of external manufacturers to ensure products meet current Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Tissue Practices, applicable medical device regulatory requirements, and corporate quality and regulatory standards through interaction with business partners.
In this role, you will actively participate in identifying best practices and support strategic initiatives while partnering with the Supplier Contracting Services team to implement process improvement initiatives.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative processing requirements for Group Purchasing Organization (GPO), Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) and Individual Account Purchase Agreements (IPA).
