This candidate will lead the Lead implementation of all indirect contracts, both Brand and Generic, into the contract management system; manage brand and generic contract fees and membership for contract compliance.
The Senior Manager, Contracts will draft, negotiate, execute, and manage a variety of contracts necessary to support the business operations of a growing public bio - pharmaceutical company through use of documented guidelines and principles as well as through experience - driven decision making.

This position oversees a team of analysts and the administration of GPO (National & Regional), Local, and Direct agreements of BDs Commercial Consumable Sales Contracts for all US business segments Local and Direct Agreements (currently excluding BioSciences, Diabetes Care and Pharmaceutical Systems).
