The Benefits Analyst position will be responsible for all aspects of day to day benefits administration, leave of absences, and managing annual open enrollment while ensuring compliance with all legal regulations, best practices, and company policies and procedures.
In this role, you will create various reports based on business needs to report on the planning, execution, and completion of assigned projects based on business needs, including Sarbanes Oxley and annual, IRSmandated audits.
In this role, you will be responsible for
monitoring vendors in the delivery of accurate and timely processing of employee transactions, ensuring employee data is current and accurate and maintaining continuity and successful delivery of benefit services.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of all incentive plans, managing the issuance and approvals of monthly payroll and all annual incentive plans, overseeing and reviewing sales rep actual attainment and assisting with monthly commission accruals, payouts and reporting.
In this role, you will support audit deliverables related to compensation payouts and provide assistance related to Sarbanes-Oxley testing of sales compensation processes. (Includes managing and tracking audit language in contracts).
