Facilitate internal review meetings to ensure that studies/projects are progressing as expected; facilitate scientific discussions with the client, Study Director and scientific and regulatory experts.
This position sits in the Account Management group within Client Services and is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service is provided by the company. This will be achieved by the sharing of information between the Client and Operations and by monitoring the service Operations provides to Clients.
Providing excellent customer service to clients and customers in regards to life and health insurance policies, assisting the underwriting team with policies and all back office work relating to policy writing, dealing with escalated issues, and working directly with carriers.
The Client Services Manager is responsible for directing, managing, planning, organizing, and implementing departmental goals and objectives designed to provide the highest level of customer service for clients and prospects.
