This Business Partner role will be focused on the Technology Service Area within Consulting. This role is responsible for providing support to Service Line leadership to ensure effective P&L management while providing transparency of expected performance during the forecasting as well as planning processes.
In this role, you will be integral in accelerating Samsung's efforts to create frictionless shopping journeys and seamless connectivity between digital and physical retail. You will have the opportunity to build and cultivate collaborative relationships with top-tier retailers and mobile carriers to: accelerate digital sales, drive strategic Joint Business Planning and fundamentally elevate the Samsung brand through our channel partners.
Responsible for ensuring that Compliance leadership and other NNI senior management are informed of issues or problems related to meeting compliance program standards and issues that may arise within the Department, and where possible, propose solutions. Serve in a consultative compliance role for assigned LoB.
In this role, the selected candidate will support creation and application of Program Standards to ensure consistency of delivery; manage initial requests for scope change feasibility/additional work and triage internally as required.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist with interpretation of state and federal law from a compliance perspective; provide advice and counsel regarding the application and interpretation of state and federal statutes, including fraud & abuse, anti-kickback, and false claims statutes, statutes and regulations requiring the reporting of marketing and sales activities and prices, and other relevant laws.
