This position will be responsible for the nightly production batch cycle. That includes AIX batch cycle. Debug and troubleshoot production environment application issues. Also be able to adequately communicate the problem/incident to concern parties.
Work with subject matter experts and client business/compliance users to capture complex business requirements, document and communicate them to technical product management, developers and business users.
Develops effective and efficient solutions by researching/analyzing current state system capabilities and defining technology solutions options/recommendations working closely with key technology partners (e.g. Solution Designers and Architects).
Shall identify & validate clients business needs & requirements. Document current business processes, business flows & propose business processes. Analyzing the existing code in Oracle PL/SQL. Clarify business needs & translating them into application & operational requirements. Anaging the deliverables thru the entire life cycle of the project.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for documenting the functional requirements, technical specifications and template documentation designs for clients business needs while providing expertise in product knowledge and feature/functionality as it relates to business requirements.
The Business Analyst manages client contract requirements, provides financial guidance to project managers, creates and manages invoices, performs project closings/reconciliations, reviews payment history and profitability, and reviews CRM and ERP entries for accuracy.
