Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute consumer/customer programs including: new product development, packaging, and consumer/customer-focused marketing advertising activities.
In this role, the selected candidate will support the development of annual business plans and recommend on-going modifications to achieve approved volume, share, and spending objectives for the Brand.
Lead the development of annual strategic product plans for assigned products utilizing input of extended brand teams. This includes working with the relevant units to ensure in-depth market analysis, effective market research activities, thought leader development, forecasting, pricing strategy, etc.
The role will manage brand development and brand marketing projects including the creation of visual identity, planning and executing brand photo shoots, annual email strategy, internal communications, brand experience development and innovations and more.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day marketing and general management duties across a portfolio of the companys opportunistic brands, as well as the development of long-term strategies.
