Leads the development, delivery and monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the organization. Ensure team has a deep understanding of business needs and goals and the delivery link with the SLAs.
Manage all aspects of the Annual Salary review processes and work closely with the regional and global teams in budgeting and preparing detailed proposals related to market corrections, increments and promotions.
Develops and implements total rewards programs. Evaluates the effectiveness of existing policies, guidelines, architecture and procedures. Recommends plan revisions as well as new plans which are cost effective and consistent with market trends, best practices and company objectives; coordinates implementation and provides guidance to constituents.
In this role, the selected candidate will responsible for staying updated on federal, state laws, rules and regulations in order to assist in ensuring company compliance and participates in developing project requirements, design and test project deliverables.
Provides communication and interpretation of compensation policies to HR and leadership; enables HR and leaders through education and project manages the annual compensation review process including base pay increases, bonuses and equity.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide support to Compensation Team and various projects, including job evaluations, market pricing, annual compensation planning, Recognition Program and LTI Admin.
Evaluate and compare existing company benefits with those of other employers by analyzing other plans, surveys and other sources of information. Plan, develop and/or participate in area and industry surveys. Analyze results of surveys and develop specific recommendations for review by management.
