The resource will be responsible for performing L2 caliber troubleshooting/triage of incidents, completing escalation management. In addition, the resource will execute systems administrative tasks, help to create and maintain production support documentation and assist on projects when directed. In this position, the individual will be able quickly evaluate information, engage and assist technology staff, and communicate issues to help remediate and resolve production issues efficiently and effectively.
Perform system level functional testing and/or regression testing on existing as well as upcoming new products (new software/firmware builds, new hardware etc.). Articulate findings, report observations/bugs to the development team. Prepare test reports.
The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of the above and may be called upon to participate in other IT endeavors in addition to core project responsibilities - in other words, the candidate must be flexible.
The individual will collaborate with Business to roll out new functionalities and adhere to the industry standards and change management procedures, enterprise policies, site procedures and work instructions.
Research and analysis on new vendor products, implement a proof of concept and certify the product based on business requirements from business partners in citI architecture and technology engineering team.
Candidate will be expected to perform the Java development of the event driven services supporting the Intraday Liquidity Dashboard (IDL). The IDL platform is responsible for continuously aggregating Transactions and Balances from multiple statement, ledger, payment and settlement systems in order to calculate, visualize, and monitor critical metrics relating to JPMorgans (Cash) Liquidity, Credit Utilization, and Collateral balances.
