Territory Management is responsible for cold calling, prospecting and building relationships that will increase account penetration, revenue growth and customer satisfaction within a specified product line, business segment and/or geography.
Must have a New Jersey Property and Casualty license and 1-3 years of experience. Should have strong technical background to service and sell new and renewal automobile, homeowner, umbrella liability, dwelling fire, etc.
Ensure overall client success and satisfaction from our product and services; conduct ongoing reviews of the client's operations environment to determine needs and opportunities and proactively pursue upselling opportunities.
Develop and maintain mill/manufacturer relationships through joint planning, sales calls and target accounts. We must ensure our mills/manufacturers place us in the preferred position with new product introductions and market segment support.
This position requires strong and creative prospecting skills so making cold calls and networking are a must. In addition, you will be required to meet customers in person and also handle the clients on the phone. (hunter/farmer role with inside/outside experience).
In addition, you will be responsible for successful maintenance renewal cycles including achieving target, management of current and documentation of account, UCA file collection and call customer satisfaction call campaigns within customer base.
Responsible for the combined functions of the development and successful acquisition on new business revenue from new and existing clients and providing a high level of client service to assigned accounts.
Looking for an Industrial Sales Rep who has sold products such as latches, hinges, locks, or precision mechanical components with at least 3 years outside sales experience and at least three years outside industrial sales experience selling industrial parts to equipment manufacturers and distributors.
