The Technical Solutions Specialist (TSS) provides pre-sale technical support to sell or recommend networking security solutions to our clients; work directly with the account executives to effectively penetrate and drive data and network security solutions within targeted accounts.
Designs, develops and implements new training programs and courses for entry level and professional staff including needs assessment, curriculum design, training strategies and program delivery, including online development and delivery. May facilitate training classes and evaluate instructors and participants.
