Provides analysis, negotiations and decision making for the successful resolution of customer and/or producer disputes, including complaints involving complex systems, products and/or regulatory restrictions.

Manage the technical personnel including hiring, developing and assigning personnel to meet the needs of the business. Responsible for managing product performance across a dynamic product portfolio inclusive of resolving production issues in a complex and dynamic mixed model production environment, providing continuous improvement ideas and drive cost take out initiatives and increase both product and test yields.
Personally responsible and accountable for execution and leadership in all aspects of HSE and quality related to the plant and deliver. Show strong ownership for plant, personnel, equipment and transport safety. Promote a strong safety culture by transparency, accurate reporting, correcting HSE concerns and deficiencies.
