The Process Engineer is responsible for identifying, leading, developing, and executing solutions for performance and quality improvements on manufacturing production systems (processing and/or packaging).
Meet with potential clients to discuss project particulars including scope, budget, timeline, etc; perform the initial review of potential projects to determine scope of work; client needs; preliminary budget; timeline; project viability; etc.
Provide Operational leadership to drive, and proactively track NPI programs in a complex design environment. Tangible results will be measured by meeting the program schedule, product cost target, and quality target.
This position will be responsible for the development, implementation and continual improvement of production methods, equipment, tooling and processes in order to manufacture the highest quality parts for some the finest firearms in the world.
Transition concepts into products using 3D CAD Solid Modeling, defining requirements, selecting materials and processes, interacting with suppliers and manufacturers, and documenting the development process.
