In this position you will interact on a daily basis with clients, sales and internal staff to ensure our clients' needs are being met. The goal is to provide outstanding customer service to our clients and to advocate for the client internally.
In this role, the selected candidate manages the Regional 401(k) department, providing feedback to each associate, based on their job duties, ensuring quality performance, and high standard work ethic.
This Account Management position is responsible for developing and maintaining long term relationships with FIS customers. Responds to customer support request via telephone, written communication and onsite consultation if needed.
