Provides analysis, negotiations and decision making for the successful resolution of customer and/or producer disputes, including complaints involving complex systems, products and/or regulatory restrictions.
The Client Services Manager is responsible for the day-to-day and strategic functions of the Client Services department. In this position you will be responsible for meeting internal and external client satisfaction/performance goals, scheduling and prioritizing department daily task lists, problem solving, and implementing new procedures.
In this position you will interact on a daily basis with clients, sales and internal staff to ensure our clients' needs are being met. The goal is to provide outstanding customer service to our clients and to advocate for the client internally.
