The Regional Sales Director coordinates and functionally supervises all activities relating to the sale of all company services through relationships with accounts and through independent insurance, tax, and other financial professionals (Providers) who provide professional services to business clients of all sizes.
Provide legal, tax and sales support in conjunction with Advanced Markets team to field partners supporting sales of Ameritas life, wealth management and retirement income planning products to affluent individuals and business owners.
Develop strong relationships with internal peers, key dealers and Regional Manager to enhances sales results; be recognized as a competent and capable resource who promptly initiates action and achieves results.
Participates in planning, priority setting and the development of policies and procedures for health care activities that comply with facility and contractual requirements and ACA, NCCHC and State standards.
Responsible for developing the interconnection between sales, marketing and service to provide a customer-centric and unified experience that maintains and grows the customer base. Integrate internal processes and handoff points among the three functions.
