The Solutions Architect provides pre-sales support of product offerings. This position must be able to assess customer needs and tailor customized solutions moderate to complex in nature to fit business needs.
In this role, the selected candidate will design and engineer solutions based on customer requirements, provide a design document or diagram as necessary and present solutions to the prospect or customer.
The individual will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Technical Directors, Project Managers, and Project Team members to validate the proposed architecture solution in order to enable the team to provision estimates, develop construction plans and prepare implementation approaches.
The Solutions Architect (SA) is the primary presales technical resource for the field sales force and is responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products.
