Manages staff. Initiates selection, promotion and corrective actions when appropriate. Accountable for fair and uniform application of personnel policies. Provides technical direction and ensures development and technical ability and competence.
The role is primarily responsible for the management and direction of all day-to-day accounting functions involved with the processing, compliance, and reporting of financial transactions of the organization.
Manage team workload by forecasting needed resources and usage, prioritizing, delegating and tracking application development tasks, supervising work and providing guidance as required to ensure efficient achievement of application development goals.
