The Business Development Manager (BDM) is tasked with building collaborative partnerships and developing sales of molded and extruded Medical Components and Systems (assemblies) within the assigned geography at Medical Device manufacturing companies, OEMs, Contract Manufacturers and Design Firms.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for building the presence of the company in a defined geography with identified existing and new accounts. Reporting to the Director of Sales you will contribute to drive our double-digit growth.
In this role, you will develop oneself through recorded trainings and Learning & Development sessions among other sources; contribute in team meetings by providing feedback and ideas to leadership and peers.
As a Tech Sales Manager, you will deploy your team across the Inside Sales Center to support our Sales Development Specialists and Inside Sales Representatives, matching team member expertise with customer need to deliver the highest value to our customers.
