In this role, you will be responsible for working with our Product Marketing Mangers, Applications Teams, and Technical Support Teams to develop and deliver strong training programs around for the portfolio of products in the Electromechanical & Drives Division.
The PM shall utilize expert communication skills needed to direct the skilled technical resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as support written technical documents and reviews.

In this role, you will oversee the activities of the training team including scheduling of training, method of delivery, and assignment of the appropriate level of trainer to ensure most effective delivery.
The Program manager (PM) shall have a clear understanding of the MARSOC organization, structure, and mission in order to perform management and coordination functions across all aspects of the MRR PTP program, and all other duties, responsibilities, and actions necessary to support PM activities.
