Work in tandem with your nCino Implementation Consultant to evaluate the needs, processes, and policies of your client base, configure the nCino system in the most efficient way possible to meet those needs, and ultimately implement the system within the institution.
The Project Manager will have responsibility for project governance including tracking projects and budgets, risk management and managing the capital project process. The PM, reporting in to the VP, Transformation and Project Management Office, will lead the stage gate capital process as approved by the CEO and Board of Directors. In addition to governance and management reporting, He/She will lead assigned projects, assistance with organizing and selecting project teams, developing project plans and budgets to achieve objectives on plan and budget. The PM will help manage the relationships with outside vendors and contractors.
Performs all procurement activities for a major proposal(s) or project(s). May lead others with procurement responsibilities while requiring minimal or no supervision. May be responsible for or assist in development and/or implementation of business strategies.
Sets up cost control system, monitors and controls costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system. Performs analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines.
Creates an environment that encourages identifying, managing and controlling risks. Ability to analyze present-state, develop future state alternatives and facilitate implementation. Analyzes process data to recognize systemic flaws that require process redesign and performance fluctuations that should be addressed.
Plans, organizes, coordinates, and controls domestic and international projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company. Has responsible for day to day contact and communication with the client and focuses on providing client satisfaction.
Communicate clearly and regularly with project participants. Conduct regular status meetings to communicate progress, changes, technical issues, and upcoming milestones. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project participants to take accountability for assigned work.
