Represent Graycor as the clients primary contact. Openly and confidently communicate with all other parties involved with the project, establishing trust and rapport with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Own and drive product lifecycle programs from definition to production with a team consisting of multiple engineering disciplines (Design, Applications, Product and Test Engineering, as well as Marketing).
The Project Manager, Quality Management Systems is accountable for creating/monitoring/analyzing quality performance metrics and will lead programs at the Site for developing, implementing and continually improving the quality management systems.
Creates and maintains project management plans and project schedules; schedules tasks, identifies dependencies, establishes deadlines and creates milestones for all stakeholders and resources. Revises plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Serves as the senior on-site company representative responsible for managing all administrative and technical requirements. Supervises Project Managers activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financials set-up and updates, and schedule to ensure projects are completed in a quality, profitable, safe, and timely manner.
Coach your teams on effective processes and best practices. Perform Scrum Master responsibilities when needed, or coach existing Scrum Masters (or know how to lead a team in the absence of Scrum)Meet team communication needs and own JIRA and Confluence configuration for the program.
Assume responsibility for highly specialized technical objectives or problems where the relationships between cause and effect are difficult to establish and little or no precedence exists, and the use of creative imaginative thinking is required.
