Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Operations and other functions to ensure efficient and timely project deliverables to both internal and external customers. Develops the program scope and objectives based on the business needs and corporate initiatives.
Conducts regular staff meetings to ensure appropriate communication of area, regional and corporate initiatives and policies and procedures, to educate and monitor staff regarding appropriate patient care techniques and other company and regulatory policies and procedures.
The Audit Project Manager is expected to monitor progress of audit engagements against plan and schedule, assess work performed by the Audit Engagement Team, and provide coaching and on-the-job training for Team members to ensure engagements are completed in conformance with CAS Policies, Standards and Guidelines.
Manages, oversees, and directs project teams including setting priorities, scheduling, coordinating, and the reporting of team activities. Coordinates resource schedules with other practice teams, business units, and 3rd party contractors to orchestrate and plan the activities for assigned projects.
The Project Manager will lead the project team, develop timelines in agreed-upon project management software, facilitate the deployment of the business design, and ensure that the business objectives of the project are met based on pre-defined project metrics.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing project timelines, resources, quality and risk; including, milestone planning and reporting, project budget tracking, budget analysis, project staffing, status reporting, change requests, and other basic project administration activities.
