The position will be responsible for managing all aspects of client contact, support and project planning for a growing organization, manage and coordinate all aspects of client relationships including project deliverables, communications and education.
The IT Program Manager position will plan, supervise, and manage the direction of multiple medium-size projects with a single aim and/or one large strategic project at local, regional, or global levels.

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for enabling and facilitating the work that is done by the project team. They position themselves as facilitators and removers of roadblocks, eliminating distractions and enabling the team to perform its job.
Creates an environment that encourages identifying, managing and controlling risks. Ability to analyze present-state, develop future state alternatives and facilitate implementation. Analyzes process data to recognize systemic flaws that require process redesign and performance fluctuations that should be addressed.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects primarily in the Global Operations or Infrastructure and Operations portfolios ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Build project plans, including necessary deliverable and schedules. Ensure project plans meet strategic objectives of the business. Ensures project plan compliance and that documentation meets regulatory requirements.
