The Sales Analyst is responsible for supporting sales onboarding and training activities for new and existing associates, performing sales force effectiveness reporting and insights, sales data management, Salesforce.com support and special projects.
In this role, you will assist with developing, implementing, analyzing, and interpreting
metrics for the evaluation of technologies and training; determining effectiveness, efficiency, and relevance in future technologies and training
in global environments.
Operations Center Analyst is responsible for using independent judgment and discretion to interact with internal teams through email, chat, and phone to investigate, identify and create solutions in a team oriented and highly challenging work environment.
In this role, the selected candidate will implement customer onboarding process for all new business. Role would manage a customer checklist for a new account or existing accounts that are engaging new lines of business and provide analytics through the first 90 days of account activation.
The selected candidate will assist in the development and executing of the roadmaps across the operational preparedness wheel. Develop prototype wireframes and technical artifacts in partnership with technology teams.
Testing support requires a review of testing results/observations generated from various testing teams and validating the accuracy of the credit data, engaging SMEs for review and obtaining additional documentation needed for validation.
