In this role, the selected candidate will drive Bayer portfolio strategies and initiatives in assigned accounts to ensure growth and profitability by removing all barriers to access and ensuring optimal product position, develop and maintain profitable access and optimal funding for Bayer brands at HSI customer accounts, including oversight of account & ecosystem team activities.
The Territory Rep is responsible for building an effective sales pipeline which will result in closed sales and is also responsible for timely follow up and management of all leads that are distributed in his or her territory.
In this role, you will be responsible to tilize team members including post-sale delivery professionals, pre-sale technical professionals, business consultants and management to achieve business objectives .
The primary objective of the Retail Account Executive is to drive the sales and profitability in the Eastern Region of the United States. You will be able to leverage superior retailer and wholesaler customer relationships that continue to build upon our already impressive distribution footprint, as well as increase household penetration of our truly innovative product lines.
In this role you will be working closely with key end user customers including electrical and industrial contractors. In addition, this person will need to have the ability to grow business and build relations at all customer levels including end users (90% of time) and key distributor personnel (10% of time).
