This role will specifically include evaluation of portfolio processes and change management activities across the Bank while offering guidance on where and how improvements can be made, including recommendations on key controls, performance metrics, and governance needs for monitoring the change management capability.

Reads, understands and implements relevant contract documents and construction plans with proficiency and accuracy. Resolution of on - site dispute between QA / QC and project management with stop work authority when quality is in question with approval from Corporate Quality Manager.
The Quality Manager is responsible for maintaining and ensuring a functional Quality Management System for the facility, deploying and managing departmental team members and assets to meet and exceed the customers expectations with regards to Quality.
The Quality Manager will be responsible for setting annual performance objectives and providing oversight to a staff of 18 including a QA Manager and their staff of QA Analysts and QA Monitors across multiple locations.
