In this role, you will establish the QA process of record deploys and monitors to the standard across the worldwide manufacturing footprint; work with external vendors, suppliers to ensure consistent quality standards and protocols exist and are followed rigorously for materials, supplies and manufactured goods.

In this role, the selected candidate will direct complex technical and/or organizational problem solving activities using proven tools such as Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Analysis, screening experiments, Design of Experiments (DOE), etc.
In this role, you will be responsible for release of raw material, production support, finished product, and stability samples - Author and review laboratory investigation reports, deviations, and technical documents - Perform forecasting for resource and stability needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for the personnel functions of the Quality Assoc( s ); including direction, assignment of work, hiring, development and training, disciplinary actions, termination, maintenance of all.
In this role, you will coordinate and ensure with all the site subcontractors and vendors that quality requirements for the contract are met; participate in the sites internal and external site audits.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible to manages the activities of the quality assurance department in a manner that keeps plant and upper management fully informed on any issues and assists in achieving quality goals.
