This management position works directly with the System Vice President for Hospital Revenue Cycle and the Executive Directors of Revenue Cycle Operational Areas, the Operational Project Manager-Revenue Cycle is responsible for revenue cycle operational and shared service project management.
The Operations Program Manager will have direct responsibility for driving operational excellence across UTASs portfolio of customers globally and will act as the customer point of contact for operations performance issues.

Youll document, track and route all projects throughout the department as you maintain the day-to-day relationships between stakeholders.

In this role, the selected candidate must have a strong ability to quickly learn and comprehend business processes and problems in order to effectively develop technical solutions to their requirements.
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. Track project deliverables using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
Work to ensure projects are successfully implemented while taking into consideration a complex customized environment, constant resource constraints, accelerated timelines, and/or reprioritization of projects.
