Manages mid to large-size jobs or multiple projects from pre-booking to customer acceptance. Supervises, directs and motivates the project team during planning, estimating, design, installation, start-up, commissioning, turnover and warranty of assigned projects. Ensures customer satisfaction during and at final project completion.
Identify opportunities to Lean and simplify processes for sustained productivity gains and customer impact which drive each solution to completion; effectively work with teams that involve cross-functional members.
Conducts regular staff meetings to ensure appropriate communication of area, regional and corporate initiatives and policies and procedures, to educate and monitor staff regarding appropriate patient care techniques and other company and regulatory policies and procedures.

Manages, oversees, and directs project teams including setting priorities, scheduling, coordinating, and the reporting of team activities. Coordinates resource schedules with other practice teams, business units, and 3rd party contractors to orchestrate and plan the activities for assigned projects.
Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Operations and other functions to ensure efficient and timely project deliverables to both internal and external customers. Develops the program scope and objectives based on the business needs and corporate initiatives.
Reads, understands and implements relevant contract documents and construction plans with proficiency and accuracy. Resolution of on - site dispute between QA / QC and project management with stop work authority when quality is in question with approval from Corporate Quality Manager.
Responsible for assembling project plans and team assignments, holding project meetings, monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews, and managing timeline and budget issues appropriately.
