In this role, you will manage customer experience to meet or exceed PODS customer satisfaction goals. This will include following up and resolving any identified issues, direct customer contact, refining operational processes and implementing remedial training in an effort to delight our customers.
In this role, you will focus the majority of their time deepening relationships by connecting customers to sales specialists and offering appropriate financial solutions and services to both individual and small business clients.
In this role, you will also identify & implement market research strategy across third party vendors that are responsible for completing syndicated, customized, market development and customer development research, as well as pricing elasticity studies.
