This position is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring risk-based operational risk program to identify and mitigate operational risk associated with Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience/training covering various types of workstations and server operating systems and knowledge of related peripheral equipment along with network experience/training.
In this role, the selected candidate will be provisioning and Configuration of Red Hat Enterprise Linux on HP standalone servers and blades located in regional multiple data centers; work with colleagues locally and in overseas offices to form and build and application environment and setup deployment standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for daily operational tasks, including backups, monitoring, log management, and the implementation of proactive changes. The selected candidate will also identify, diagnose, and resolve system and network issues in collaboration with team members.
The selected candidate will assist units in managing system performance and identify MC4 system security procedures, troubleshoot and resolve complex problems to ensure minimal disruption of MC4 usage.
In this role, you will be responsible to develops and monitors policies and standards for use of computing resources. Ancillary duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocating mass storage space.
