The person will responsible for and/or serve as an HR liaison for most of the following areas: labor relations, employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, EEO, and/or training and development.

Duties include recruiting, employee onboarding & training, employee benefits, and overall provision of Human Resources services, policies & programs. The Human Resources Specialist reports to the Director of Human Resources and assists with all HR operational duties as directed.
The HR Compliance Specialist is responsible for supporting and ensuring the compliance of Human Resources (HR) policies and procedures for area of assignment within the organization. Ensures compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)/Affirmative Action (AA)/Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), and various other Federal, State and Local regulations.
