Develop and execute an efficient internal communication strategy for ensuring communication with all levels of management within the team. Lead and guide the team members about every aspect of the project so the team members can understand their tasks fully and act on them efficiently.
The Human Resources and Attorney Development & Recruitment Manager works closely with the Charlotte Office Recruiting Committee, the Partner-in-Charge, the Practice Leaders and the Director of Administration to manage the attorney recruiting process, the summer associate program, and attorney development in the Charlotte office.

HR-Business KPI owner; leverage data to drive business improvement.
Create a communication and training plan to ensure all employees are fully aware of process or tool changes; create plans that accommodate the needs of different stakeholder groups impacted by the change.
Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors development planning, employee relations counseling, and exit interviewing; writes job descriptions and works with corporate recruiter to write ads.
