The Executive Director provides operational and strategic direction to multiple programs/facilities within CARING for Children, Inc. Develops and provides leadership in strategic planning, fund raising, community development and fiscal management to ensure the continued stability and viability of the organization.

In this role, you will act as an advocate for both their customer (Food Care Division) and IT helping to build compelling business cases and secure funding and resources for Technology Investments to support the strategic goals of the organization.
Lead business development representatives to secure and retain business for PPD Biotech through professional, consultative, proactive sales activities directed at decision-makers and decision influencers at new clinical sponsors within the Biotech space.
