The Director-HR Business Partner is a staff management position providing direction to 1-2 HR Business Partners and serves as a strategic human resource consultant to executive-level management within multiple assigned client groups or business segments.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction.
In this position, you will lead the development and execution of HR programs and processes in a way that a high level of employee morale is achieved. Ensure that EEO, employment and legal compliance are achieved.
The Director of HR will provide leadership in managing the day - to - day and high level execution of policies and procedures around employee relations, talent management and acquisition, workplace safety, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and legal compliance.
