In this role, you will lead Value Stream implementation projects and continuous improvement activities within our operation and business processes and ensure the use of the lean/CI tools in daily management and kaizen events.
In this role, you will facilitate process improvement teams and provide counsel and assistance to the project team leaders with respect to facilitation techniques, quality systems, continual improvement, people development and safety improvement.
In this role, you will be responsible to
drive continuous improvement by developing and implementing systems and process improvements that optimize all phases of the production process; be actively involved in the development and implementation of long term quality improvement plans.
In this role, the selected candidate will be accountable for identifying and completing projects and key initiatives through the use of Lean, Six Sigma, and Project Management process improvement methodologies.
This Lean Manager will ensure a consistent, rapid and successful deployment of Lean at all assigned accounts, train employees on lean transformational processes, develop continuous improvement plans addressing critical site needs, and identify opportunities for improvement with value stream maps.
In this role, you will be responsible for the deployment of the CoE's Master Black Belts to enterprise digital transformation programs and their alignment to the various organizations they coach and mentor.
