The Compliance Manager will develop and enhance compliance program by working with the lines of business to mitigate compliance risks; assist the line of business in ensuring that the day-to-day operations are conducted in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, in addition to company policies and procedures.
This position is responsible for administrating a company safety compliance program. This position will be directly responsible for establishing the need for and conducting regular reviews of corporate and operational safety program procedures, policies and standards to meet federal, state, company and client regulatory safety compliance requirements. In addition, this position is responsible for developing site-specific safety plans for existing and future projects requiring safety standardization and implementation.
The Test Development Manager ensures that testing comprehensively covers key requirements of applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Partners with Compliance Officers and/or Operational Risk to obtain requirements.
The Sr. Manager Quality and Compliance Improvements role is responsible for the identifying, leading, and managing small, medium, and large projects to correct quality and compliance problems; implement improvements in quality and compliance; and assure continued compliance with evolving quality and compliance requirements.
Partners with Sales and Contracts to ensure compliance and risk avoidance when potential sales agreements deviate from the standard language. Reviews all aircraft lease agreements for local, federal and international tax exposures.
The Compliance Manager will support compliance efforts within the Enterprise Functions team and will develop and enhance the Reg O compliance program by working with the lines of businesses and other Enterprise Functions to mitigate compliance risks.
